Pet Policy: We allow pets in all of our cabins except the Lincoln Log Cabin,
Pinecrest Cabin, and Country Cottage. We only allow two well behaved dogs per cabin. Please either
take your pets with you or crate them when you leave the cabin. Please pick up the dog feces in the
yard from your pet. Absolutely no cats or any other type of pets except for well behaved dogs are
allowed in any of our cabins. You will be charged for any damage or excessive cleaning as a result of
your dog(s) staying in our cabins.
Minimum Stay Requirement: We typically allow one night stays. For a one night stay on a Friday or Saturday night we add a $40 fee to your total. If requesting a Thursday – Friday stay or Saturday Sunday weekend stay both nights will be charged at the weekend rate. We may require more than a one night stay for certain holidays and/or weekends.
Minimum Age:
You must be 21 years of age or have a parent or guardian staying in
the cabin with you in order to rent a cabin.
Damages: We reserve the right to
charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from
your stay. If you notice any problems upon arriving, please let us
know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account.
Bugs: Please be aware
that you are coming to stay in the middle of the
woods. While we have our cabins professionally
exterminated, they still are not completely bug
proof. Please remember we have invaded the woodland
creature's habitat so you will see bugs and spiders
occasionally. No refunds will be given in this case.
Driving Conditions:
Most roads in our area are very well maintained, but
can be curvy and steep. All of our cabins have
gravel driveways, with some being very long. While
they are routinely maintained, they can be bumpy or
slippery at times. We highly recommend four-wheel
drive whenever possible, especially in the winter.
There are no refunds due to inclement weather OR CAR
GETTING STUCK!!
Amenities: Occasionally
appliances, hot tubs, fireplaces, etc...can malfunction. We will
service and restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will
not make any rental concession for time without these items.
Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other "Acts of God" that
are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies
paid, Due to cleaning and servicing, hot tubs are sometimes not up
to full temperature at the time of your arrival and may need several
hours to heat. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies
regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak
efficiency.
Holidays:
Holidays are charged at
the weekend rate and have a three day minimum stay requirement. If
you rent from us, you are agreeing to all these terms and policies.
Privacy:
Please do not disturb the guest at any other cabins, please do not approach another cabin unless you
are invited by the guest of that cabin. If you are bothering the guest of any other cabin you will be
asked to return to your cabin or possibly asked to leave Blue Rose Cabins property, if you are asked to
leave Blue Rose Cabins property you will not be refunded any money.
Noise:
Please respect the guest in the other cabins on our property by keeping your noise at a reasonable
level, especially late at night.
Power Outages:
If there is a power outage during your stay please go to the public phone
at the entrance and call us at 1-800-426-6149 to let us know the power is
out at your cabin. We will put in an outage report with South Central
Power. Once we put in an outage report with South Central Power we just
have to wait until they get the power lines repaired. Power outages are
completely out of our control and we will not refund any money due to the
power being out. We are also not responsible for any food or drinks that
you brought with you to the cabins. There is a Walmart 4.5 miles north on
Phelps Rd. (towards SR 33) is open 24/7 where you can buy coolers, water,
and ice. When the power is back on at your cabin please call us to let us
know.
Newsletter:
We will periodically email all guest that make a reservation with us a newsletter or other marketing material with special deals and other hocking hills related information. If you receive a newsletter or other marketing material and wish to unsubcribe you will be given the option to unsubscribe.
** If you are not
satisfied with your cabin when you arrive please
call us immediately. We will try and accommodate you
and try
to accommodate any reasonable request. No money will
be
refunded if you stay your entire stay and then
request money be refunded after your stay.
